Wipe Data Factory
Wipe Cache
Go to Advance
wipe Dalvik
wipe Battery Status
Go Back
Install Zip From SD Card
Choose Sphinx HTC
Select Yes
Now Flashing Start After Flashed Complete Go Back And Reboot Phone :)
Don't Forget Select English language At First Screen :)
First Time Mobile Give Few Minute On Logo Don't Worry

after installing its restart again and again
bro data factory reset and wipe kar kay pher rom install kary. jab rom install ho jaye pher data factory and wipe karna hye pher phone ko restart karna
